Ogo Anochirionye advises on complex M&A and financing transactions for a range of corporate and private equity clients. He has particular expertise guiding clients through all stages of a transaction, leading on due diligence processes, negotiating and drafting key agreements and ancillary documents, and guiding transactions to completion.
Prior to joining McDermott, Will & Schulte, Ogo worked at the London office of a leading US-based law firm.

- Represented Ares Management LLC on its £755 million preferred equity investment into Quintain Group.*
- Represented a global aluminium and energy company in the sale of minority interests in a Brazilian mining enterprise valued at $1.05 billion.*
- Represented Dynasty Equity on its minority investment into Liverpool Football Club. *
- Represented TA Associates on its investment into Nordic financial services company Soderberg & Partners.*
- Advised Elevate Beauty (a platform created in partnership with L Catterton) on its Series A investment into Vyrao, a UK-based fragrance brand.*
