Schulte Roth & Zabel represented D. E. Shaw in its agreement with CoStar Group, Inc., a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information and analytics in the commercial and residential property market, pursuant to which CoStar added three new independent directors to its Board of Directors and established a Capital Allocation Committee.
