Schulte advised Kennedy Lewis Investment Management in the formation of Kennedy Lewis Capital Partners Master Fund II LP (Fund II), which raised $2.1 billion of capital commitments, far exceeding its $1-billion target. Fund II, which will continue the strategy employed by Kennedy Lewis’ previous fund, will target event-driven and resourceful financings across public, private, performing and distressed investment opportunities throughout North America and Europe.
The Schulte team representing Kennedy Lewis was led by investment management partners Jason Kaplan and Heather Wyckoff. The team also included investment management associate Alex Stone and law clerk Darius Crolle; tax special counsel Karen Loga; and former Schulte lawyer Ted McBride.
