Emily Rees is an associate in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group. She focuses her practice on cross-border leveraged finance transactions, advising corporate borrowers and issuers, corporates, private equity firms and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily spent time working in-house at a US investment bank.
