Malte Arndt

Malte Arndt advises clients on all aspects of corporate law and M&A transactions.

Malte studied law at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Leuven, Belgium. Before joining McDermott as an associate, he worked as a research assistant in the corporate law department of a renowned commercial law firm. Malte completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, with stages at medium-sized and large law firms.
