Romain Souchon* focuses his practice on investment management and investment funds, regularly advising local and international asset managers in the structuring, formation, offering and organization of regulated and unregulated investments funds, as well as regulatory matters relating to alternative investments funds, their managers and services providers.
Romain has been a member of the Luxembourg bar since 2019 and is a member of the Luxembourg Banking and Financial Law Association. Romain worked for more than 3 years in one of the most prominent Luxembourg law firms and has worked overall for more than 6 years in the investment fund industry.
