McDermott has advised Andera Acto on its investment in the Imagerie Cardinet group, a medical imaging group offering a complete range of care, with recognised specialities in imaging women, couples and children.

Andera Acto’s support will enable the Imagerie Cardinet group to finance its development. In the context of the transaction, seven new radiologists integrate the partners team of the Group, which is held at approx.. 95% by medical practitionners.
