Overview
Richard C. Call, Eric D. Carstens, Michael J. Hilkin and Stephen P. Kranz were speakers at the Council on State Taxation (COST) Mid-West Regional State Tax Seminar on October 25, 2023 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The regional seminar presented an update on significant state tax issues with an emphasis on the Mid-West States: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin. Together, Richard, Eric, Michael and Stephen presented on the sessions titled, “Discussion of State Tax Cases, Issues & Policy Matters to Watch,” and “Top Ten Reasons We All Have Jobs.”
