Carson S. Clear

Carson S. Clear focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

While in law school, Carson served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kimberly M. Esmond Adams of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, and acted as president of the Corporate & Business Law Society. He also worked as a notes and comments editor for the Emory Law Journal. Upon graduation, Carson completed both the Transactional Law Certificate Program and the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) Program.
