McDermott Will & Emery, together with Concurrences, are hosting a dynamic workshop focusing on the interplay between law and economics.
Our theme will be “Common shareholdings: What are the antitrust issues?” Our speakers will preside over an in-depth panel discussion, followed a business lunch ideal for networking with other interested professionals.
