Robert Barton presented at the 28th Annual Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) Educational Conference on May 31–June 3, 2023, in San Francisco, California. The conference featured expert presenters covering trust, estate, ethics, practice management and person-related topics.
Robert’s panel, “Digital Assets Killed the Paper Trail: A Primer on Digital Asset Administration,” provided an overview of popular digital assets, the basics of the technology underlying these assets, and the necessary considerations for fiduciaries marshaling and administering digital assets.
