- Advised a mining company in relation to a multi-billion dollar dispute arising out of a joint venture in the Republic of Congo, encompassing arbitration and court proceedings in Hong Kong and the BVI
- Advised a majority shareholder on the administration of a mining company based in Johannesburg and London*
- Advised Novartis on successfully recovering a multimillion-dollar debt claim via an arbitration in Switzerland, as well as enforcement insolvency proceedings in Hong Kong.
