Dr. Yuhe Liu, PhD, focuses his practice on patent prosecution and litigation, drawing on extensive scientific and industry experience to advise clients across the life sciences and emerging technology sectors. His work spans a wide range of technologies, including molecular genetics, biotechnology, immunology, gene and cell therapy, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Before his current role as an associate, Dr. Liu served as a patent agent at McDermott Will & Schulte and other international law firms. Earlier in his career, he worked as a quantitative geneticist at a computational plant breeding company and as a senior molecular biologist at a seeds and biotechnology solutions company.
