International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Apollo Global Management, a private equity firm, and US Acute Care Solutions, a physician-owned emergency medicine and hospital service business, in a recent debt and equity investment transaction. Apollo Global Management will invest in US Acute Care Solutions. The transaction will include a full recapitalization of the company and US Acute Care Solutions will be approximately 90% owned by its physicians while positioning the business for additional growth.
