Carolina Erb

Carolina Erb has been working as a lawyer at McDermott Will & Schulte (after working for a Federal Ministry in Bonn and a Community Law Center in New Zealand) since 2020 and specializes in real estate law. She advises on all matters of commercial tenancy law, including asset management, and has already dealt with a large number of real estate transactions (asset and share deals, individual and portfolio transactions) and project developments. She also has particular expertise in the area of heritable building rights and neighborhood agreements.
