Zach Knoop focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters.
During law school, Zach was a symposium editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. He also served as the inaugural judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alfredo R. Pérez in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas before entering private practice.
