Overview
Focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, including buyout, credit, real estate and other alternative funds in connection with their structuring, formation, and ongoing administrative and operational matters.
Marc also has experience advising investment managers on the structuring and sale of their businesses, as well as structuring and negotiating joint ventures, co-investment vehicles, separately managed accounts and other strategic relationships. Additionally, Marc has advised sponsors and institutional buyers regarding strategic investments in private investment firms.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc served as associate general counsel for a British multinational asset management company with more than $1 trillion in assets under management.
