Katie Cross advises public and private clients (both US-based and foreign) on employment, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters in the context of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Her experience includes conducting employment-related due diligence; negotiating transaction documents; drafting employee agreements; and providing strategic guidance on equity incentive arrangements, corporate governance, and public company disclosure requirements.

During law school, Katie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Tracy Catapano-Fox in the New York Supreme Court, 11th Judicial District.

• Represented a private equity portfolio company in the commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment sector in its acquisition of a leading U.S. manufacturer of refrigerated, heated and ambient food and beverage display cases.
• Represented a cement manufacturer and aggregates producer in its $310 million sale to a leading, fully integrated U.S. producer and supplier of building materials, services and solutions.
• Represented a Canadian health technology services provider in its $350 million acquisition of a well-being solutions provider*
• Represented a leading wealth management firm in its $2.7 billion acquisition of another wealth management firm*
