Overview
Kaimeng Xing is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Group. Kaimeng represents private fund sponsors in connection with structuring and formation, investor negotiations, closings, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution matters involving buyout funds, hybrid funds, credit funds, funds of funds, and other investment vehicles.
During law school, Kaimeng served as a notes editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.
