Dr. Merlyn von Hugo advises clients on national and international tax law in transactions, investment structuring, and financing. He also advises clients in connection with fund and real estate matters as well as on issues relating to critical infrastructure (KRITIS).
Prior to joining McDermott, he worked as an associate at an international auditing and tax consulting firm.
