Anaïs Poplin-Svetlova focuses her practice on labor and employment law, advising both French and international clients on a wide range of individual and collective employment matters.

Anaïs represents clients before French labor courts.

Her experience includes both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as well as audits of companies and corporate groups. She has also supported HR departments on complex individual cases, post-acquisition workforce integration, the delivery of employment law training programs and implementation of internal social policies.

In addition, she has contributed to restructuring projects, internal investigations, and employment-related compliance initiatives, including the deployment of AI solutions within HR departments.
