Alisa Kuznetsova is counsel in the banking & finance practice in Frankfurt. She advises corporates, financial institutions and financial investors on banking and finance matters. She has experience in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, particularly in secured lending and corporate loan transactions, as well as in restructurings.

Before joining McDermott, Alisa Kuznetsova worked in the banking & finance team of another leading international law firm in Frankfurt and London. She also completed secondments with the legal departments of three major German banks.

She studied law at the University of Leipzig, Germany, with a focus on banking and capital markets law and completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In addition, she is a Certified Corporate Treasurer (VDT®).
