McDermott Will & Schulte advises sellers – Ardian, the founders and management team – on the sale of Netco Group to Eurazeo

McDermott Will & Schulte is advising Ardian, on the sale of its majority stake in Netco Group (Netco), a European leader in critical maintenance services for conveyor systems in essential industries, to Eurazeo. The firm is also advising the founders of Netco Group in connection with their reinvestment alongside Eurazeo.

Completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals.
