McDermott Will & Schulte is pleased to announce that Elisabeth Dehareng has joined its Regulatory Practice Group as a partner based in Brussels.

Elisabeth advises on IT, intellectual property, and new technology law, with a focus on privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. She leads complex cross-border data protection matters, and counsels clients on EU digital regulation, including the Digital Services Act, AI Act, Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act, and NIS2 Directive. She represents clients across a range of industries, with a strong focus on technology, healthcare, and financial services.
