Brian H. Jenn will be speaking on a panel at the 20th Annual NYU/KPMG Tax Symposium. His presentation is entitled “OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS – Programme of Work for Addressing the Tax Challenges of the Digitalization of the Economy.”

The overall theme of this year’s program is “The Metamorphosis of International Taxation.” Through lectures, panel discussion, and debate, the symposium will address the metamorphosis of international taxation as applied to current business models, re-leveling the playing field, economics of taxation, and perception of fairness. The program will forecast the tax landscape of the next decade from the varying perspectives of the tax profession, the government, and academia.
