Overview
David Noren was a speaker at the University of Texas School of Law 16th Biennial Parker C. Fielder Oil, Gas, and Energy Tax Conference on November 16, 2023. The conference brings together members of the oil, gas and energy tax community for an array of sessions covering taxation issues impacting the oil, gas and energy industry. David was a panelist on the “Foreign Tax Credit” session, which discussed recent developments relating to the foreign tax credit, including creditability of foreign taxes, allocation of foreign taxes, litigation relating to foreign tax credits and the corporate alternative minimum tax foreign tax credit.
