Brooks Gruemmer and Samuel Wales led the McDermott team that represented Surgery Center Holdings Inc., a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital LLC, whose acquisition of Symbion Holdings will create one of the leading independent ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operators in the country. Other team members included Krist Werling, Megan Rooney, Monica Wallace, Daniel Zucker, Maureen O’Brien, Jerry Sokol, Cole Parker, Lindsay Todnem and Emily Knurek.
