Stefan Riedl advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, as well as venture capital investments. He also consults on ongoing corporate law matters.

Prior to joining McDermott, Stefan was a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice of an international law firm in Munich.
