Prior to joining McDermott, Leon worked as a lawyer at a German commercial law firm. He previously gained practical experience in dispute resolution and commercial litigation, particularly in arbitration proceedings and corporate and contractual disputes. During his doctoral studies, he also worked as a research assistant in the area of Corporate/M&A.
