McDermott Will & Schulte Records Highest Year-Over-Year Revenue Growth in The Lawyer’s Global Litigation 50

The Lawyer ranked McDermott Will & Schulte #18 in its 2026 “Global Litigation 50,” which ranks the world’s 50 largest firms by revenue generated from litigation and arbitration. The Firm rose eight places from #26 last year, with global litigation revenue increasing 46.3% to $1.08 billion—the highest year-over-year growth among all firms in the ranking.

McDermott surpassed $1 billion in global litigation revenue for the first time, marking a significant milestone for the Firm’s global disputes practice.

The results reflect the continued growth and strength of McDermott’s global disputes practice, including continued investment in disputes through recent New York hires Mark Baghdassarian, Emily Chen and Steven Knipfelberg.
