Overview
Elizabeth focuses her practice on complex tax matters. She has particular expertise advising clients, including multinational corporations, on the tax aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions, investments, and financings, as well as on transfer pricing disputes and contentious matters involving tax authorities.
Prior to joining McDermott, Will & Schulte, Elizabeth worked at the London office of a US-based white-shoe firm. A thought leader for tax law, Elizabeth has been an active participant in the Tax Committee for the Alternative Investment Management Association.

- Advised Rubicon Partners on its acquisition of Erodex Graphite Systems Limited (Erodex) from its family shareholders
- Advised the founders and other individual shareholders of Rotron Aerospace Ltd, a UK-based advanced defence technology company, on the sale of the business to Ondas Inc., a leading provider of autonomous aerial and ground robot intelligence
- Advised Maire Group on the conclusion and implementation of its joint venture agreements with Newcleo SA
- Represented funds advised by Nord Holding on the acquisition and the financing of the acquisition of Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging
- Represented Investcorp Technology Partners on the carve-out of Netop as a standalone company from Ativion (formerly Impero Software)
- Advised JAB on its acquisition of Utmost Life and Pensions
