Schulte Roth & Zabel helped Owl Creek Asset Management in connection with founding partner and Chief Portfolio Manager Jeffrey Altman joining the Board of Directors of Anterix on Feb. 13, 2023. Owl Creek is Anterix’s largest shareholder.
