Raphael Chekroun

Raphael Chekroun focuses his practice on corporate advisory work, acting across a broad spectrum of complex transactions. His practice spans fund-led OBOs, GP-stake transactions for US investors, renewables acquisitions and venture-capital fundraising. Raphael also advises corporates on financing matters, family-offices on minority-capital entries, real-estate funds on VEFA/BEFA-type structures and lenders/refinancing working groups.
