Hannah J. Wells

Hannah has extensive experience working with both emerging and established fund managers. She counsels clients on structuring considerations for various fund types across asset classes and investment strategies, including funds focused on real estate, lending, activist strategies, multimanager platforms, funds-of-one, and co-investment vehicles. She has advised on the use of real estate investment trusts (REITs) in real estate funds, ongoing REIT operations, and acquisitions and dispositions of REITs and their assets.

Additionally, Hannah’s experience includes advising on upper-tier management company structures; negotiating revenue sharing and side letter agreements; and navigating fund-level tax considerations related to public and private equity, real estate, and credit investments.
