Adam Silvester represents private funds (including hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds and funds of funds) across a range of strategies in connection with their formation, structuring, management and ongoing operational, transactional and legal needs. Adam also advises on the setup and ongoing operation of established and emerging European, US and Asian managers, and the negotiation of managed accounts, “funds of one” and other strategic relationships.
