McDermott Will & Emery advised SOS Oxygène, a leading provider of respiratory care services, on the acquisition of VitalAire Japan, a provider of respiratory services in Japan, from the Air Liquide Group.
SOS Oxygène carried out this transaction with the participation of Bpifrance’s Build-Up International Fund.
This operation marks an important stage in the expansion of SOS Oxygène on the Asian market and reinforces its commitment to providing high-quality respiratory care throughout the world.
