CSRD Reporting: Despite Omnibus, Companies Must Not Stand Still

“According to the Omnibus proposal, which aims to simplify regulatory requirements in the area of sustainable finance, 80% of the companies initially concerned could no longer be subject to CSRD. However, as long as the new directive has not been transposed in France, current law still applies: companies must continue to prepare their reporting.”
