After the expert commission “Legal certainty in works council remuneration” set up by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) presented a groundbreaking proposal, the Federal Government is now implementing the commission’s proposals in a new draft law.
The effects of these new regulations on companies and works councils were discussed.
