An invitation-only stakeholders’ seminar where Henrik will be presenting on a panel discussing the Bolar Exemption in European Law, with co-panelist German Federal Court of Justice, Judge Klaus Grabinski. The event is being held at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, a research based institute which focuses on intellectual property, innovation and competition.
