Victoria Kuhn is a senior associate in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group and focuses her practice on financial restructuring transactions, including high yield bond and LBO workouts, refinancings, consensual and nonconsensual restructurings, enforcements and distressed asset sales as well as contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.
Victoria advises creditors, bondholders, investors and corporate groups on cross-border matters concerning restructurings and general corporate matters. She has also advised on complex cross-border matters for creditors (including direct lenders and distressed debt funds).

- Advised GLAS on the implementation of a Dutch company’s €880 million restructuring by way of English scheme of arrangement and Dutch in-court share pledge enforcement*
- Advised a global debt administration service provider as trustee and security agent on the private offering of £235 million senior secured notes by a large gaming provider*
