The portal fragdenstaat.de has published a questionnaire from the Hamburg data protection authority, with the help of which the authority is reviewing the implementation of the Schrems II ruling using the use of Office 365 as an example. The questionnaire is not only relevant for Hamburg, but for all of Germany, as the Hamburg and Berlin data protection commissioners are in charge of a task force of German data protection authorities to review the implementation of the ruling. In the questionnaire, the Hamburg authority asks, among other things, on what legal basis the third-country transfer takes place, what additional measures have been taken or are planned, and asks for the relevant parts of the processing directory to be submitted.
