In collaboration with Charles River Associates and Major, Lindsey & Africa, we invite you to join us for a moderated Q&A with SEC Enforcement Division Co-Directors, Stephanie Avakian and Steven Peikin. Our timely discussion will include SEC enforcement priorities in areas such as cyber security, FCPA, sanctions, and enterprise risk management.

Target audience: board members, C-suite (including GCs), and SEC/white collar law firm partners.
