On April 12, 2022, SRZ submitted comments to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the agency’s proposed cybersecurity rules for private fund advisers. SRZ’s letter offers specific suggestions for revisions to the proposed rules with an eye towards flexibility and less prescriptive elements to better align with cybersecurity industry standards and to stand the test of time in the ever-evolving world of cybersecurity preparedness.  

SRZ is carefully following the development of new rules affecting private investment fund managers and invites continued dialogue on these matters.
