Schulte Roth & Zabel was recently shortlisted in the “Financial Services Regulatory Team of the Year” and, for work on the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Plan of Adjustment, the “Restructuring Deal of the Year” categories for the IFLR Americas Awards 2023.

The awards celebrate the most impressive legal innovation in the region’s cross-border market. This category is based on a team’s work on innovative projects and considers, among other things, the design of systems, programs, tools or tech for clients’ regulatory compliance and providing innovative support to clients on complex regulatory challenges.
