Schulte received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (“HRC”) Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (“CEI”) and was honored with HRC’s 2023 Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion. 

CEI is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.
