Munich, March 11, 2026 — McDermott Will & Schulte advised NORD Holding and its portfolio company 1Q Health Group on the acquisition of EHF Production BV, a leading CDMO for dietary supplements in the Netherlands.
EHF Production, based in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands, has more than 25 years of experience in the development and manufacture of dietary supplements.
1Q Health Group is a leading European CDMO and development partner for premium pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. With the acquisition of EHF Production, the group continues its growth path and welcomes its first member outside the DACH region.
NORD Holding is a private equity and asset management company with approximately €4 billion in assets under management.
McDermott already advised NORD Holding on the acquisition of ABJ alive GmbH and HKS health solutions, which formed the 1Q Health Group, as well as on subsequent add-on transactions for the platform – the acquisition of VivaCell Biotechnology GmbH and Beauty Production GmbH.
