Alden Bianchi presented at the webinar titled “Mental Health Parity Final Rule Deep Dive – The Six Content Elements and Important Deadlines,” hosted by the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) on October 28, 2024. ERIC is a national nonprofit organization representing the largest US employers in their capacity as sponsors of employee benefit plans for their nationwide workforces.
