Overview
Sarah Raaii spoke at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) event, “The Evolving Landscape of Health and Welfare Benefits and ERISA Fiduciary Rules 2024” on October 28, 2024. Sarah spoke on a panel titled “ESG and Impact in Employee Benefits in 2024,” learning objectives included:
- Understanding how employee benefit programs can be part of an organization’s Impact, Sustainability and ESG strategy
- Developing benefit programs that can support a diverse array of employees
- Considering communication and administration aspects that can help ensure benefits are creating the most impact in meeting an organization’s recruiting and retention goals
- Analyzing benefits considerations in the new landscape of ESG, including fertility and surrogacy benefits
