Robert Barton joined the Sacramento County Bar Association on September 19, 2023 for a webinar entitled “A Trust and Estate Practitioner’s Guide to Restraining Orders and Other Protective Options”. During the session, the speakers discussed the various protective options available to stop and prevent elder abuse. Additionally, they covered the new anti-isolation restraining orders, elder abuse restraining orders and other alternatives.
