Overview
Robert Barton will be speaking at the 35th Annual RPTE National CLE Conference hosted by the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. The conference is taking place in Washington, D.C. on May 10-12, 2023, and will present the latest developments in real estate and trust and estate law. Conference speakers include leading practitioners and professionals, as well as governmental and judicial insiders.
Robert will join the panel titled, “Digital Assets Killed the Paper Trail: A Primer on Digital Asset Administration”. The speakers will discuss popular digital assets and how to manage them in trust and estate administration, as well as probate and administration of digital wallets, currencies, intellectual property rights and other digital assets after death.
